Miruna has spent more than a decade leading complex technology and transformation initiatives at large enterprises. She helped executives make complex decisions and turn them into coordinated action across distributed and cross-functional teams.
Her experiences shaped a simple belief: organizations do not always struggle because they lack information, but because the information that matters often surfaces too late. She founded SureCase to make those gaps visible earlier, so leaders can test alignment before decisions become commitments.
Miruna holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
